Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Shipping Policy

Since we provide digital services/files, there is no physical shipping.
All confirmed orders are processed and delivered digitally, typically through WhatsApp or email, within 15–30 minutes to a few hours, depending on order size.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We provide digital services/files, so cancellation is not possible once payment is made and the order is processed.
However, we offer a 7-day replacement warranty in case of any valid issues or incomplete delivery.
Refunds will be processed only if the order cannot be completed due to a technical error or payment failure.
Refunds, if approved, will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
